Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness 2024✨Specialized Engineering for Off-Road Performance

Subaru of America unveiled the newest addition to its Wilderness lineup, the 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness, during the 2023 New York International Auto Show. Designed to conquer the trails and roads with unmatched toughness, the model combines Subaru's signature Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive with drivetrain features improvements, including standard X-MODE and increased ground clearance of 9.3 inches. The vehicle has exclusive body cladding, making it the most cross-country capable Crosstrek to date. Incorporating a 2.5-liter direct injection SUBARU BOXER® engine producing 182 hp and 176 lb-ft of torque, the Crosstrek Wilderness underwent special engineering for off-road performance. This includes a revised differential gear ratio and a retuned Lineartronic CVT, with a final drive ratio of 4.111 that improves climbing ability and optimizes traction at low speeds. The towing capacity of this model is also significantly increased to 3,500 lb. Safety features abound, with EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology, Blind-Spot Detection, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert standard. Additionally, Crosstrek Wilderness introduces Automatic Emergency Steering and Standard Reverse Automatic Braking for added safety during low-speed maneuvers. Externally, the Crosstrek Wilderness features unique styling such as exclusive bumpers, a bold hexagonal front grille and larger wheel arch cladding. It offers a ladder-type roof rack system with a dynamic load capacity of 176 lb., ideal for carrying outdoor gear. Suspension enhancements provide increased ground clearance and stability, while Yokohama GEOLANDAR® all-terrain tires mounted on 17-inch matte black alloy wheels ensure optimal performance in a variety of conditions. The vehicle's interior prioritizes comfort and durability, featuring water-resistant Subaru StarTex® upholstery, copper-colored contrast stitching, and anodized copper finish accents. The standard 11.6-inch SUBARU STARLINK Multimedia Plus system, wireless Apple CarPlay®, and Android Auto™, along with a wireless phone charger, enhance connectivity and convenience. Starting at $31,995, the Crosstrek Wilderness offers a comprehensive set of standard features, including Keyless Access, steering-responsive LED headlights, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Optional packages add a Power Moonroof, a 10-way power driver's seat, and a Harman Kardon® 10-speaker system.
